We have an exciting opportunity for a Food & Beverage (F&B) Manager to join our growing global team. As Food &Beverage Manager you will be responsible for providing F&B expertise across multiple projects throughout the year within a high-quality events or hospitality environment.
The role will include designing memorable culinary experiences through menu and wine selection that are sensitive to both local and dietary needs and within agreed budgets; design and creation of creative F&B presentations, in collaboration with clients, to articulate the vison and culinary journey; as well as being responsible for the administrative planning and operational delivery of all aspects of the catering for assigned events.
Responsibilities:
Work closely with the F&B Director, Account Directors and other team members to understand the event objectives, the F&B requirements, client expectations and budget parameters and design creative and memorable menus and catering experiences across multiple concurrent complex projects
Lead and be responsible for all F&B within an assigned portfolio of projects ensuring project documentation is kept up to date and accurate, and that agreed parameters and budgets are met; be responsible for the collection of data onsite at each event for future analysis; ensure other team members take ownership of F&B tasks assigned to them as appropriate
Build effective relationships with clients, suppliers and venue teams to understand how to work with them in a collaborative way, to ensure all catering elements of those projects you are responsible for are well planned and run smoothly
Negotiate, scrutinise and manage supplier contracts to ensure value for money and consistent delivery to agreed standards and deadlines
Develop timely and accurate budgets to ensure effective delivery of the event, proactively manage ongoing cost, identifying issues and addressing these early with colleagues or clients, as appropriate, with the aim of delivering outstanding value for money for the client
Ensure that onsite F&B operations are delivered to plan, providing direction and guidance to Nteractive and venue teams and creatively problem solving as issues arise
Seek to continuously improve the F&B experience through analysis of data gathered during and post-show to allow trend predictions for future years and to contribute to a client improvement plan after every show
Ensure all legal, regulatory and health and safety requirements are met
Empower staff and coach and mentor them as appropriate
Skills, experience and competencies
You should have the following experience:
Managing on-site teams, providing day to day guidance and support as required
Significant project management skills at a senior level, environment, planning and delivering F&B catering projects to deadlines and budgets
A track record of delivering high quality customer focused services
Experience of having managed overseas events is highly desirable, but not essential
A passion for the world of food, wines and drinks, and nutrition
Strong financial and business acumen
Proven Excel skills at advanced level and sound ICT skills in general
Catering or hospitality degree or equivalent experience and WSET qualification desirable, but not essential

We have an exciting opportunity for a US based Partner Success Manager to join our team. This role will be responsible for overseeing a seamless delivery of sponsorship packages, working with a small set of high-profile accounts which are strategically important to our client. Partner Success Manager will act as the primary point of contact for these clients acting as an extension of the sales and fulfilment teams as the sponsor transitions from investment to execution.
The Partner Success Manager will ensure the sponsor is fully supported in executing their sponsorship and generating the expected ROI. Success in this role will be dictated by successful delivery and execution of the sponsors investments as well as YoY retention and expansion.
Responsibilities:
Support the Account Director / Sales Lead to achieve and exceed sales targets across these high-profile accounts by delivering an exceptional level of sponsor support
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the sponsoring account(s)
Provide regular status updates on the ‘health’ of the sponsor account which can be shared with internal and client leadership
Engage in multiple touch points with the sponsor and other stakeholders on a weekly basis, ensuring there is clear follow up / next steps in order to progress and close open items
Act as the single point of contact for the sponsor guiding them their participation in a portfolio of global shows (partnering with sales and fulfilment teams behind the scenes)

The Senior Project Manager will work closely with Account Directors to provide strong leadership and support to teams on specific projects, or workstreams within a larger project. The role would suit someone with significant project management experience within an agency environment, who has a deep understanding of the intricacies of managing event logistics including, but not limited to, venue management, furniture, temporary staff and transportation.

Responsibilities:

Project Delivery
Own and lead the project management for small to medium sized projects (50 – 3000 pax) – from high-touch Executive Forums to end-user conferences
• Own and lead a workstream within a larger sized project (for example, Furniture & Foliage Lead on a 12,000 attendee conference, Venue & Logistics lead on a 3500 pax technical training event etc.)
• Create / provide input into Project Management processes and project documentation such as timelines, project trackers and client handbooks. Ensuring documentation is regularly updated and accurate
• On projects you are leading, provide oversight and guidance to workstreams related to logistics, production, technical production, creative, exhibition, food and beverage
• On projects where you are leading a workstream - such as Venue Management, Security, Temporary Staff, Transportation - creating and maintaining detailed schedules, ensuring timelines are up to date and deadlines met, clear communication with internal and client stakeholders. As Sponsorship Experiences Manager you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sponsor and exhibitor experiences across a variety of events and mediums.
You will directly manage sponsors / exhibitors and work collaboratively with the clients, vendors, and colleagues to provide seamless event delivery and a cycle of continuous engagement for the sponsors, with a particular focus on the management of sponsor content deliverables.

Review and constantly evolve processes to ensure execution for session and speaker management is as efficient and seamless as possible
Confirm deadlines and collaborate with event content teamo ensure contingency plans are established for variances in sales cycles
Responsible for working in and optimizing event tools (session content and speaker registration) to create efficiencies
Contribute to the development, communication, and management of sponsor readiness materials, content guidance, policies, tech specs, key dates, review processes approvals, etc.
Own reporting, including status updates for internal stakeholders
In conjunction with the speaker team, manage sponsor speakers training
Manage session review process and work with larger sponsorship team to assist with collecting deliverables and speaker registration status
Support in the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with senior level sponsor decision makers to proactively identify and drive (in collaboration with sales) cross-sell / upsell opportunities, ultimately driving revenue growth and revenue retention.
As needed, throughout the year, support the team in non-content related sponsorship execution
Be a key player in project teams providing day-to-day guidance and sharing knowledge and experience to develop skills that model the Nteractive values at all times.
Skills, experience and competencies
You should have the following experience:
Proven experience delivering content inclusions in sponsorship/ exhibition package
Experience of working in sponsorship/exhibition execution at a high level or relevant transferable skills.
Proven project management skills, working on multiple projects simultaneously on time and to budget
Ability to work at pace, under pressure and across multiple events and projects
Proven excel and PPT skills.
Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity
Experience of working with the Microsoft eco-system is desirable
Comfortable learning and working in Content Management Systems (CMS)

IThe opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a new Venue Sourcing Specialist to join our permanent team at Nteractive. As the Venue Sourcing Specialist, this role is responsible for leading the research, evaluation, negotiation, and contracting of venues for a variety of events, including conferences, executive forums, incentives, brand activations and special events. With a deep understanding of event requirements and a creative, resourceful approach, the Venue Sourcing Specialist uses strong negotiation skills and their global network of supplier contacts to identify cost-effective, high-quality options aligned with event objectives.
The Venue Sourcing Specialist will help to enhance Nteractive’s reputation as venue sourcing experts amongst clients and supplier partners alike, through their in-depth knowledge of industry trends, new openings and up and coming destinations, along with an ability to build strong and lasting relationships.
Responsibilities
RFP Management:
Evaluate and improve the Nteractive hotel and venue RFP process & documentation to create an intuitive and user-friendly process which ensures full understanding from supplier partners and generates clear and concise responses.
On an individual project basis, work collaboratively with the Client Services Team and/or the client to put together a comprehensive venue RFP document specific to the detailed project requirements - ensuring full alignment to the client’s brand and the event objectives.
Create, send, and manage venue RFPs and evaluate proposals for suitability and value – ensuring close evaluation against the original brief and proposals meet budget targets.
Results Tracking & Client Presentation:
Meticulously track search results to clearly demonstrate extent of the search, ensuring all areas of the brief have been met for available properties, all properties researched are documented and discounted properties are recorded with reason for discounting.
Where areas of the brief are unanswered by venues, analysing against the brief and proactively seeking out the missing information.
Providing recommendations to internal teams/clients as to the most suitable/cost effective solutions.
Creation of venue search PPTs where required, following client/Nteractive templates.
Presenting results to Client Services and clients in a clear, concise manner – demonstrating personal and Nteractive expertise and a deep understanding of the brief.
Venue Research & Identification:
With a meticulous and diligent approach, utilising a variety of sources, seek out the most suitable and cost-effective venue solutions.
Be up to date on industry news, new openings and up and coming destinations by reading industry press and attending industry educational events/virtual meetings etc.
Have a creative approach to sourcing non-hotel venues for special events/ancillary meetings/parties. Helping seek out unusual, ‘out of the box’, ‘wow’ venues.
Supplier & Venue Management:
Working with the Event Services Director, Director of Growth & Marketing, build and maintain strong relationships with global hotel chain contacts, identifying areas where multi-property/year deals might be possible and negotiating financial incentives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with independent/regional hotels/hotel group contacts.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key Convention Centers and Convention Bureaus, identifying potential financial incentives offered by the destination
Collect and record sustainability practices from supplier partners to support the achievement of client and Nteractive’s sustainability objectives.
Contract Negotiation:
Be an expert in contract negotiations, brokering favourable terms, including pricing, concessions, and cancellation policies. Ensuring compliance with Nteractive or client policies
In collaboration with the Project Leads and Housing Manager, provide consultancy to clients on venue contracts that they negotiate directly with the venues/hotels, to ensure they include the right contractual provisions for Nteractive to deliver the events
Working with the Nteractive Housing Manager, ensure Nteractive hotel and venue contract templates and checklists are up to date
Budgeting & Cost Analysis:
Working with the Account Director/Project Leads, assist in budget development for venue-related costs and provide cost-saving recommendations.
Ensuring all commissions/rebates/CVB incentives have been accurately calculated and redeemed.
Data Management & Reporting:
Maintain accurate venue sourcing records and prepare reports on sourcing outcomes, cost savings, commissions and supplier performance.
Ensure global hotel chain contacts are up to date on all enquiries and confirmed bookings that have been made with their group, to ensure all commissions and rebates have been accurately calculated and redeemed, and that we can maintain/attain managed account status.
Site Inspections & Onsite Support:
Where required, coordinate and attend site inspections to assess venue suitability and logistics.
Provide comprehensive site visit reports to internal teams/clients where applicable.
Provide onsite support for live event delivery where required and where schedule permits
Team Management & Leadership:
Proactively lead and manage all venue searches with a proactive, solutions-focused, can-do approach.
Support with the development of a database of freelance venue sourcing specialists, to provide support on larger searches/concurrent searches where needed.
Where multiple team members are involved in the search, provide structured leadership to the team, to ensure adherence to timelines, processes and the high standards that Nteractive and our clients expect.
Empower more junior team members, coaching and mentoring them as appropriate.
Role model the Nteractive values always.
Identify Areas for Growth & Improvement
Identify areas for growth with existing/new clients in relation to venue sourcing support.
Working with the Event Services Director, identify opportunities where additional full time venue sourcing specialists could be required.
Seek to continuously improve processes and documentation within Nteractive’s venue sourcing.
Skills, experience and competencies
The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experiences:
3+ years’ experience of Venue Sourcing within a similar agency environment.
Deep understanding and experience of managing complex venue searches for corporate clients – demonstrating an ability to match the client’s brand and objectives to the venue.
A global network of hotel/venue/CVB and other industry contacts with an ability to build strong and lasting relationships.
Strong financial and business acumen with extensive experience of Venue & Hotel contract management.
Familiarity with sustainability practices in venue sourcing.
Proven Excel skills at advanced level, confident in Microsoft PowerPoint and sound ICT skills in general.
And should exude the following competencies:Strong inter-personal skills to develop effective relationships with suppliers, clients and colleagues.
Ability to work collaboratively and respect the views of others.
Ability to work at pace and under pressure and stay on top of multiple concurrent projects.
Proactive approach to tasks, carefully thinking through next steps and actioning these without having to be asked, anticipating internal team and client needs/questions and proactively addressing these.

Quiet home environment from which to work (although the successful candidate may be required to be office based and have the ability to travel to the office to aid team collaboration or meet client needs)
Minimum of 25MB download and 2MB upload speed for home broadband capacity to meet Nteractive homeworking business requirements
Liking for and ability to undertake national/international travel as needed for site inspections, vendor meetings or onsite event delivery support throughout the year. The role may require 10-15% of working time away from home.
