  • We have an exciting opportunity for an IT Coordinator to join our Business Operations team.

    As IT Coordinator at Nteractive you’ll have a varied workload and get involved with multiple areas of IT. You’ll set up computers and workstations for users, troubleshoot and maintain IT hardware such as Windows and Mac laptops, iPhones and Android phones; organise the purchase and replacement of equipment, and plenty more.

    You will be our go-to person here in the office, on hand to help with any issues that may arise for colleagues in the office or working remotely.

    A large part of your role will be to be responsible for managing the IT assets across the organisation. This includes managing the availability of equipment, life cycles and warranties and arranging deliveries and collections for sites and colleagues across the UK, US and further afield when needed. 

    Ultimately, you will be responsible for ensuring your colleagues have the equipment they need, when they need it.

    Responsibilities: 

    As IT Coordinator you will be responsible for: 

    • Assisting the IT and wider Operations team with both asset and licence management.

    • Liaising with people via phone, email, messages, and face to face, providing excellent customer service and communicating clearly.

    • Monitoring the IT Helpdesk ticketing system, replying in a timely manner, in line with SLA’s and KPI’s.

    • Provide technical expertise in identified areas; to monitor, progress, and complete ITSM tickets in line with SLA’s and KPI’s.

    • Ensure that every request you work on has actions recorded in the ITSM’s ticket. This is to include communication with users, detailing the actions you undertook, their outcomes, and the final resolution / closure information.

    • In the event of significant incidents, ensure your line manager is made aware immediately. In the event your line manager is unavailable, another member of the management team is to be informed immediately.

    • Managing IT equipment availability, placing orders with suppliers and adding procurement requests in the order management system.

    • Keeping accurate records of company equipment, software, and installations.

    • Building, repairing, and preparing IT equipment such as laptops, mobile devices, peripheral items, and other equipment ready for usage.

    • Working with both partners and colleagues, organising the distribution and collection of IT equipment across the business.

    • Administering the supplier finance processes, including receiving IT invoices, matching invoices to orders, obtaining relevant sign offs, and working with the Finance team to ensure efficient governance and payment.

    • Creating knowledge articles and participate in the maintenance of the knowledge library.

    • Participate in and encourage the sharing of good practice, processes, and successes with other business areas.

    • Any other duties consummate with the post and / or hours of work, as may reasonably be required of you at your initial place of work or at any other of the company's establishments.

    Skills, experience and competencies 

    As IT Coordinator, you should have the following experience: 

    • Asset Management: Proficient in tracking and managing IT assets throughout their lifecycle, including procurement, deployment, maintenance, and disposal.

    • Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of hardware and software inventory, licensing, and compliance requirements, ensuring all assets are up-to-date and within legal guidelines.

    • Data Analysis: Skilled in using asset management tools and software to analyse data, generate reports, and provide insights for optimizing asset utilisation and cost efficiency.

    • Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra desirable.

  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Change Manager to join our Business Operations team with responsibility for overseeing and managing the changes to Nteractive’s operating systems.

    This role will ensure that new initiatives are well scoped and smoothly adopted by stakeholders and employees; the role will minimize resistance by developing and implementing effective change management strategies, collaborating closely with team members to identify potential change impacts and proactively address them throughout the project lifecycle.

    The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the planning and management of organisational change, ideally with a focus on business systems. They will be highly motivated with excellent communication skills to be able to communicate the benefits of change to employees and stakeholders.

    Responsibilities: 

    The Project Change Manager will be responsible for introducing and embedding new business systems into the Nteractive team. Working closely with key stakeholders and end suppliers, the incumbent will manage the process from scoping to team adoption end to end.

    Your duties will include:

    • Bringing together internal stakeholders to gather key requirements and collating findings

    • Scoping company requirements and managing supplier research, negotiation and contracts

    • Drawing up and implementing bespoke project plans for each system change / introduction to optimise adoption, effectiveness and available resources

    • Managing suppliers during system build phases to ensure solutions are built to meet requirements

    • Managing the communication, implementation and team training for each system / process

    • Hosting user group feedback to ensure a trajectory of continuous improvement post implementation

    • Managing the flow of feedback to suppliers to ensure problems and issues are resolved

    • Managing the process of iterative system improvements

    • Consulting with senior stakeholders regarding future system / process requirements

    • Working closely with the Technology team to ensure relevant interconnectivity of systems 

    • Gaining a thorough understanding of key business processes and related systems to help identify and find solutions to inefficiencies

    Skills, experience and competencies 

    The ideal candidate should have the following skills and experiences: 

    • Proven on-the-job experience in planning, managing and / or developing organisational change effectively, ideally with a focus on business systems

    • Project management experience

    • The ability to research change management models

    • Experience of working with systems such Monday.com

    • Proven Excel skills at advanced level and sound ICT skills in general

  • We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Creative Services Manager to join our Creative team at Nteractive and playing a pivotal role in overseeing and optimizing the seamless execution of creative projects within The Studio.

    You will manage resources, schedules, and teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality work that meets client expectations. Acting as the strategic driver of creative processes, you will collaborate closely with Account Management, Production, and Creative teams to deliver best-in-class work on time, on budget, and aligned with agency objectives.

    This role requires a dynamic leader with extensive experience managing creative services workflows, combined with a deep understanding of team resourcing and process improvement.

    Responsibilities: 

    Studio Operations & Resource Management

    • Operational lead for the creative services function, ensuring efficient allocation of resources across all creative projects.

    • Monitor and forecast resource utilization, identifying peak and dip periods and taking proactive measures.

    • Maintain comprehensive visibility of project pipelines, client requirements, and creative team skillsets to optimize team casting and project delivery.

    • Manage resourcing forecasts and ensure timely communication of shifting priorities with key stakeholders.

    • Monitor team profitability and resource hours against project budgets, addressing out-of-scope requests and initiating additional billing as necessary.

    Project Oversight & Workflow Optimization

    • Oversee project scoping, prioritization, and timeline planning, ensuring clear communication of requirements to all stakeholders.

    • Drive progress tracking, ensuring productivity and efficiency across multiple simultaneous projects.

    • Lead the improvement of creative workflow processes to ensure streamlined operations while maintaining the highest quality standards.

    • Collaborate with production teams to resolve resourcing conflicts and ensure delivery against deadlines.

    Team Leadership & Talent Management

    • Support creative team members, fostering both personal and professional development.

    • Act as a point of contact for team talent needs, booking, confirming, and onboarding freelancers and specialist skill sets as required.

    • Maintain and expand a talent database, ensuring effective management of agency and freelance relationships.

    • Provide guidance to team members on integrated timelines, budgets, and workstreams while promoting a culture of collaboration and innovation.

    Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication

    • Partner with Account Management, Creative Directors, and cross-functional teams to scope and prioritize creative projects.

    • Act as the liaison between creative and production teams, ensuring alignment and smooth communication across departments.

    • Monitor project risks and escalate issues to senior management as necessary.

    Budget & Vendor Management

    • Manage studio budget lines, working closely with finance to track expenditures and profitability.

    • Negotiate with external suppliers, agents, and freelancers to ensure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.

    Skills, experience and competencies

    • Significant experience managing creative services, including integrated print, digital, and physical campaigns.

    • Proven leadership experience for studios or creative services

    • Strong expertise in project management and production processes, with a focus on their nuances and intricacies.

    • Proven ability to manage large teams and complex projects while maintaining impeccable organizational skills.

    • Master of resourcing tools and project management software (e.g., Smartsheet, Asana, Monday.com or similar).

    • Commercially astute with the ability to balance creative ambitions and financial constraints.
