We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Creative Events Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based either on the East Coast or Central and have a strong background in show production for corporate events and bringing clients’ creative vision to life.
You should also have experience in project managing conferences, parties or exhibitions. As a Creative Events Manager, they will be accountable for the development and delivery of all aspects of the presentation of an event - from (but not limited to) communication strategy through show content, media design, talent or show design & production, seeing through environmental build & brand items from brief to creative to production, decoration and layout of the rooms - within budgets and to clients’ requirements. They will provide strategic, commercial and creative input into the bidding, winning and delivery of projects. Maintaining a holistic, balanced view and control across all elements of the delivery of the companies’ events.
The role will work collaboratively with colleagues, suppliers and clients to provide a creatively inspired, seamlessly delivered, exceptional client experience and ensure all legal, regulatory and health and safety requirements are met.Responsibilities:
As a Creative Events Manager, you will play a critical role in managing creative digital projects. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing various aspects of production. Here are the key responsibilities:
Own complex events, ensuring flawless execution from start to finish, and oversee the design and delivery of events executed by team members, aiming for an exceptional client experience every time.
Lead project management and production for assigned events or workstreams within larger events, ensuring accurate project documentation, adherence to parameters, and budget compliance.
Work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, suppliers, and other agencies to understand event objectives, resource requirements, and logistical details.
Proactively manage project teams, ensuring robust project management practices and timely communication.
Develop production briefs in collaboration with internal colleagues and clients, translating creative ideas into practical solutions.
Offer strategic advice to clients to ensure their objectives are achieved.
Research and source unique creative solutions, such as guest speakers and entertainment options.
Develop accurate budgets for effective financial event delivery.
Set high standards for production, content design, communication strategy, media design, and overall environmental design.
Seek continuous improvement through analysis of client and attendee feedback and post-show data.
Team Management and Development:
Line manage junior team members, mentoring them and sharing knowledge to aid their growth.
Assist with project resourcing, vetting freelancers, and supporting recruitment and onboarding of new hires.
Skills, experience and competencies
You should have the following experience:
Proven experience as an event manager (minimum 4 years) delivering events within deadlines and budget constraints in an agency environment.
Proven experience and solid experience as a live show event manager including:
Manage show production from brief to delivery
Manage show crew
Have a fundamental understanding of show calling
Create the creative concept of the event
Source suitable entertainment
Manage talent logistics
Have versatility across various corporate event types
Have a track record of consistently delivering high-quality, customer-focused services.
Deep understanding of the requirements for maintaining such high standards.
Sound knowledge of event design, including visuals, staging, and venue considerations.
Degree-level understanding of technical production aspects.
Demonstrable confidence in designing event agendas and content.
Experience working across disciplines, including video production and digital media.
Active involvement in pitch delivery and presentations.
Robust commercial awareness with a strong understanding of budget management and contract handling. Competence in managing project budgets exceeding ÂŁ1m/$1m.
Confidence in using Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and general ICT proficiency.

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Director to join our team.
This is a hands-on role, accountable for the development and delivery of all aspects of an event. Working closely with the respective Account Director to provide strong leadership in order to deliver high-quality and exceptional client experiences on specific projects. The role requires ensuring that all aspects are delivered within budget and meet clients' requirements.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Input
Understand clients short and long-term objectives, offering them strategic advice to deliver exceptional event experiences and ensure their objectives are achieved.
Work collaboratively with colleagues, vendors, and clients to provide a creatively inspired and seamlessly delivered event experience.
Manage the post project debrief process internally and with the client. Making data-driven and informed recommendations for project improvements based on client and customer feedback.
Client Management
Work alongside the Account Director to build and own strong relationships with clients.
Act as the day-to-day project contact for clients. Managing and responding to their requests in a timely manner.
Manage client feedback throughout the project lifecycle, finding solutions for issues and cascading constructive feedback where appropriate to project teams.
Project Delivery
Own and lead the project management for complex and large scale (8,000 – 12,000 attendee) events.
Create and own processes linked to project documentation such as setback schedules, project trackers and client handbooks. Ensuring documentation is regularly updated and accurate.
Work collaboratively with the Account Director to understand and lead delivery of the event objectives.
Oversee workstreams related to logistics, production, technical production, creative, exhibition, food and beverage.
Proactively onboard and manage the Nteractive project teams ensuring robust project management and meeting cadence.
Ensure timelines and budgets are met and that project team members take ownership of tasks assigned to them.
Manage project vendors, ensuring they share the same one-team and solution-based ethos as Nteractive in order to meet client needs and event objectives.
Ensure project-based decisions are in line with creating a consistent, positive and memorable attendee experience.
Develop, manage and seek client approval for contingency plans related to our projects scope of work.
Be accountable for setting high standards in all areas of event delivery. Enhancing the reputation of Nteractive as a quality partner to clients and helps achieve repeat business and identify potential areas for growth with existing clients.
Finance & Budget Management
Develop timely and accurate budgets to ensure effective delivery of the event.
Proactively manage event budgets up to $15million, submitting accurate monthly forecasts to clients with detailed commentary.
Identify issues and address these in a timely manner with colleagues or clients, as appropriate, with the aim of delivering outstanding value for money for the client.
On Site Leadership & Management
Manage and lead the event onsite, effectively liaising with clients, colleagues, vendors and venue staff to implement the project plan. To meet client expectations and to deliver an exceptional experience address any issues, own and solve problems and adapt plans as required.
Ensure the project team are producing the event to the highest standard in order to enhance the reputation of Nteractive as a quality partner to clients and helps achieve repeat business.
Seek to continuously improve events and efficiency of the team through analysis of client and attendee feedback and data gathered during and post-event.
Team Leadership and Mentorship:
Lead and manage project teams of 50 people or more, providing day to day guidance and support as required, sharing knowledge and experience to develop their skills.
Role model the Nteractive values always.
Empower staff, coaching and mentoring them as appropriate.
Line manages more junior members of the team, mentoring them and sharing knowledge to aid their growth and development.
Assist HOD with project resourcing, sourcing and vetting new freelancers to help broaden our network.
Assist HOD with recruitment of new full-time hires and support with their onboarding.
Skills, experience and competencies
You should have the following experience:
Significant proven experience (at least 5 years) at a senior level of project managing and delivering multiple large-scale events (8,000 – 12,000 attendees) to deadlines and budget.
A track record of delivering high quality customer focused services, and a full understanding of what is required to consistently deliver at such a level.
Excellent financial and business acumen with experience of budget and contract management.
Competence owning and managing project budgets of $10million-$15million.
Experience working with and briefing a creative team on build and branding elements on large scale complex projects.
Robust commercial awareness including understanding of margins and business profitability.
Proven Excel skills at advanced level, confident in Microsoft PowerPoint and sound ICT skills in general.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Sponsorship Experiences Manager to join our Sponsorship team.
As Sponsorship Experiences Manager you will be responsible for delivering exceptional sponsor and exhibitor experiences across a variety of events and mediums.
You will directly manage sponsors / exhibitors and work collaboratively with the clients, vendors, and colleagues to provide seamless event delivery and a cycle of continuous engagement for the sponsors, with a particular focus on the management of sponsor content deliverables.
This role will support the development of strategic relationships with sponsor accounts to achieve long-term, high-value relationships. You will partner with the sales team, the client, and the sponsors to understand both sponsor and client objectives and business needs.
You will also contribute to the achievement and exceeding of revenue targets through the delivery of world-class sponsorship experiences and seamless end-to-end delivery of the sponsors’ participation in events.
Responsibilities:
As Sponsorship Experiences Manager you will be responsible for:
As part of the end-to-end sponsorship team, you will be guiding sponsors and exhibitors through their sponsorship participation in client shows, with a specific focus on their session content inclusions
Be the sought-after of “voice of the sponsor” influencing teams and vendors to think “sponsor first” in an integrated manner that enhances the sponsors and attendee experience. 
Review and constantly evolve processes to ensure execution for session and speaker management is as efficient and seamless as possible
Confirm deadlines and collaborate with event content teamo ensure contingency plans are established for variances in sales cycles
Responsible for working in and optimizing event tools (session content and speaker registration) to create efficiencies
Contribute to the development, communication, and management of sponsor readiness materials, content guidance, policies, tech specs, key dates, review processes approvals, etc.     
Own reporting, including status updates for internal stakeholders
In conjunction with the speaker team, manage sponsor speakers training
Manage session review process and work with larger sponsorship team to assist with collecting deliverables and speaker registration status
Support in the development and maintenance of strategic relationships with senior level sponsor decision makers to proactively identify and drive (in collaboration with sales) cross-sell / upsell opportunities, ultimately driving revenue growth and revenue retention. 
As needed, throughout the year, support the team in non-content related sponsorship execution
Be a key player in project teams providing day-to-day guidance and sharing knowledge and experience to develop skills that model the Nteractive values at all times. 
Skills, experience and competencies
You should have the following experience:
Proven experience delivering content inclusions in sponsorship/ exhibition package
Experience of working in sponsorship/exhibition execution at a high level or relevant transferable skills.
Proven project management skills, working on multiple projects simultaneously on time and to budget

Proven excel and PPT skills.
Strong business acumen and intellectual curiosity
Experience of working with the Microsoft eco-system is desirable

We have an exciting opportunity for a Strategic Project Director to join our Sponsorship Experiences team.
The Strategic Project Director is a role with significant hands-on elements, accountable for the leadership, development and delivery of all aspects of the sponsorship experience elements for an assigned client or multiple clients where applicable. This role will work closely with the respective Nteractive teams, as well as partnering with the client and their vendor teams to provide strong leadership and deliver high-quality, exceptional client, sponsor and attendee experiences.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Project Management
Work collaboratively with colleagues, vendors, and clients to provide a creatively inspired and seamlessly delivered sponsor experience. 
Manage the overall project(s) as it relates to sponsorship experiences including client, vendor and sponsor communications and meeting management, key milestone and timeline management, team roles and responsibilities, team-work flow, onsite team management and post event debrief process.
Develop, manage and seek client approval for contingency plans related to our projects scope of work.
Guide the team in making and implementing data-driven and informed recommendations - seek to continuously improve delivery and efficiency of the team through analysis of client and attendee feedback and data gathered during and post-event.   
Lead in the development of processes across the teams to ensure best practices are shared and team collaboration occurs across accounts .
Client Management
Develop and maintain strategic client relationships including understanding their business objectives and how we can support them in achieving these.
Offer strategic advice to the client to support the delivery of exceptional sponsor experiences.
Act as the day-to-day strategic contact for the client, be a step ahead of the client, managing and responding to their requests in a proactive and timely manner.  
Establish a regular cadence of connections with client stakeholders. Utilize these connections to grow the client relationship and demonstrate the value of Nteractive by proactively sharing key updates, managing client and team feedback, identifying and rectifying challenges before they occur and cascading constructive feedback where appropriate to project teams.
Team Leadership & Management
Be the go-to for team guidance on all things sponsorship experiences and educate and guide the team on the Nteractive approach to sponsorships. 
Manage team resourcing for the project(s) and contribute to resourcing across all clients - looking across roles and working with peers and your HOD to ensure we are resourced correctly to deliver the right experience as well as providing team growth and development opportunities.
Be accountable for setting high standards in all areas of event delivery, ensure the team are delivering sponsors needs to the highest standard, enhancing the reputation of Nteractive as a quality partner, contributing to goals of achieving repeat business and growth.
Sponsor Experience Management
Track key milestones, highlighting any potential challenges and being proactive in solving for challenges ahead of time. 
Where required directly manage key areas of the projects, including sponsor point of contact, client workstream lead support and team coverage.
Review and sign off key project elements including but not limited to, ERC, sponsor readiness materials, sponsor communications plans and templates, floor plans, booth selection process, onsite schedules, MPO development, support for EAC requirements etc where needed, financial planning / budget management for clients etc. 
Ensure project-based decisions are in line with creating a consistent, positive and memorable sponsor and client experience.  
Finance & Budget Management
Contribute to the development of the clients timely and accurate budgets to ensure effective delivery of the event – e.g. supporting the team on MPO budget management or COGs management.
Identify issues and address these in a timely manner with colleagues or clients, as appropriate, with the aim of delivering outstanding value for money for the client.

Significant proven experience (at least 6 years) at a senior level of project managing and delivering multiple large-scale events (8,000 – 12,000 attendees) to deadlines and budget
A track record of managing sponsor relationships for large scale events
Direct line manager and team leadership experience
A track record of delivering high quality customer focused services, and a full understanding of what is required to consistently deliver at such a level
Excellent financial and business acumen with experience of budget and contract management
Competence owning and managing project budgets of $10million - $15million
