HPE Tech Jam is a technical learning event where partners can deepen their technical knowledge and expertise. The event series brings together 4,000+ attendees across 90 countries to engage in 4 days of technical content delivered through 300+ sessions at each event.

HPE’s technical communities had a strong affinity to the regionalized events. so, it was critical to the success
of the series that we work with HPE to maintain this loyalty amidst change and exceed established KPIs. The
key to reaching this goal was to deliver a strong event from end-to-end with one theme, one concept, and one learning experience that was consistent with past executions, while providing engaging new opportunities. With the events being delivered in consecutive months this required efficient planning with detailed process and communication plans.

A blended team approach was at the foundation of our partnership with HPE. Establishing a core global team that mirrored HPE’s team from all aspects of event delivery allowed for an impactful attendee journey across
all regions that offered engaging opportunities for networking throughout each event. Developing and designing
a tool that engaged all attendees to effectively manage their participation pre, during and post event created
a cohesive and consistent experience across regions. By managing all aspects of the project, a holistic plan
was implemented that allowed for more agile budget management to ensure the best attendee experience.

Since 2021 Nteractive has partnered with HPE on their technical event series creating, designing and delivering on both in-person and virtual events. 2024 was a pivotal year in the series as HPE transitioned from a regional event delivery with each event operating under a different identity to a cohesive global event series rebranded under a single event series: HPE Tech Jam.
